How do I mold GrindGuard™ to my teeth?
GrindGuard™ uses a simple boil-and-bite process: soften it in hot water, then bite down firmly for around 30 seconds to set the shape to your teeth. The box includes full step-by-step instructions, and it takes most people less than 5 minutes.
Can I re-mold it if I get the fit wrong?
Yes, you can re-boil and re-mold GrindGuard™ up to 3 times. After that, the plastic starts to lose its shaping properties, so it's worth taking your time and following the guide closely the first time around.
What if it still doesn't feel right after molding?
That's what our 60-night guarantee is for. If you've tried molding it and it's still not comfortable, get in touch with our team. We're happy to help troubleshoot, or refund you in full if it's just not working out for you.
How do I clean GrindGuard™?
Rinse it in cool water after each use and let it air-dry in the travel case. Avoid hot water once it's been molded, as it can cause it to lose its shape.
